If I hire staff with Spare Global, how long is my commitment?The length of your commitment will be specified in the contract. We offer flexible arrangements to suit your business needs.

What currencies do you accept for payment?We accept payments in both USD (US Dollars) and PHP (Philippine Pesos).

How do I pay for your services?Payments can be made through bank transfer.

Do we get a discount if we grow our team with Spare Global?Yes, we offer a team discount on our service fee for clients who expand their teams with us.

Will the monthly fee change if staff take time off?The fixed monthly rate includes all sick and vacation leave, as well as regular and special holidays. Additional leave beyond the allocated days will result in credits based on the daily rate.

How is the daily rate calculated?We calculate the daily rate by dividing the fixed monthly rate by the total number of working days in a year, which is typically 261 days.

Is there a one-time setup fee?No, we do not charge a one-time setup fee. Our goal is to make the onboarding process as smooth and cost-effective as possible for our clients.

What are the payment terms?Payment is required within 30 days from the end of the previous month in which the service was provided. Monthly invoices will be sent accordingly.

Do employees receive health benefits?Yes, employees receive comprehensive health benefits upon regularization, including medical, dental, and other essential health coverage.

What employee retention programs does Spare Global have in place?We organize events and bonding activities to promote staff wellness and happiness, prioritizing mental health and well-being to maintain high staff retention rates.

How many sick and vacation days do staff receive?Employees are entitled to 10 days of sick leave and 10 days of vacation leave within their first year.

What is the work schedule for employees?Employees work full-time, five days a week, with nine-hour workdays including a one-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Can my staff work during nighttime in the Philippines?Yes, employees can work night shifts without any additional costs for you.

What happens if I require my staff to work during a Philippine holiday?Employees follow your country’s holiday schedule, so they are available to work on Philippine holidays without additional charges.

What if I require the staff to work extra hours?If staff are required to work extra hours, an overtime rate applies. Any additional hours must be approved in writing by you beforehand.

How do you monitor attendance and ensure employees stick to their schedules?We use a time tracking tool installed on the work device to monitor attendance. Staff are also required to report directly to you each day.

What happens if the staff are not meeting expectations?If staff performance does not meet expectations, a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is initiated. If there is no improvement after the PIP period, the staff member may be let go.

What if the staff perform well but I need to lay them off?If staff need to be laid off despite good performance, you must provide a 60-day notice before redundancy to comply with legal or contractual obligations.

What equipment do you provide to the staff?You are responsible for the cost of the necessary equipment, including accessories and software. We can purchase the required equipment on your behalf and charge it back to you.

Can we install additional software on the staff computers?Yes, additional software can be installed with your approval, as the computers are considered your property.

Can I interview the candidates before hiring?Yes, all clients are required to interview the shortlisted candidates to ensure they are the right fit for your team.

Can I request specific qualifications or skills for candidates?Yes, you can specify the qualifications and skills needed for your staff. We tailor our search to meet these specific requirements.

What if the process of finding suitable staff takes longer than expected?We make every effort to meet the agreed timeline. If unforeseen circumstances arise, you will be informed before the deadline.

What kind of support do you offer after the staff has started working?We provide ongoing support including performance monitoring, training, and administrative management to ensure your staff continue to meet your business needs.

How are contract renewals or non-renewals handled?Discussions for contract renewal or non-renewal begin as the initial term approaches its end. Both parties must reach an agreement at least 60 days before the contract expires. This ensures ample time to negotiate terms and make necessary arrangements for the extension or conclusion of the agreement.

Can we provide bonuses or incentives to the staff?Yes, you can offer bonuses to motivate your staff. Bonuses are paid directly to the staff, who receive the full amount that clears in our bank account. The variable amount can be invoiced separately each month in addition to the regular monthly fee.
